Immediately following the Piezo 2011 Conference and in the same hotel, there is the opportunity to attend also to the free and open conference:
The 3d Composites of Inorganic Nanotubes and Polymers Topical Meeting (COINAPO), which is organized within the framework of European Cooperation in the field of Scientific and Technical Research (COST).
The 3d COINAPO Conference will be held in Ròseo Hotels Sestriere on March 2 - 3, 2011. The conference is free of charge. COINAPO and PIEZO2011 Conferences have overlapping topics and will have a common invited speaker:
Prof. Zhong Lin Wang, Director of the Center for Nanostructure, Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta (USA).
The target of the COINAPO Conferences is to link together scientists working on composites of inorganic nanotubes and polymers to create a basis for a highly interdisciplinary research network focused on development and exploration of this rapidly emerging field. COINAPO activity is to generate a fundamental knowledge and create widespread links needed for application and commercialization of this kind of composite media by European industry.
For more information, please check the web-site of COINAPO.
